Numbers 15:40

so that you may remember and do all my commandments (clear commands) and be holy to your God (Elohim).
[Jewish tradition has identified not only 10, but 613 mitzvot (a total of 365 prohibitions and 248 exhortations) in the Torah (the five books of Moses). For this reason, the corner tassels consist of a total of 613 knots, one for each commandment.]
