The Greek alphabet

The Greek alphabet consists of 24 letters. The letters also have a numerical value. The first ten have values from 1 to 9, then tens from 10 to 80, followed by 100 to 800. There are also three older letters that fell out of use in 400 BC, but they are used for the numerical values 6, 90 and 900.<7div>
