Genesis 48:19

His father refused and said, "I know (am well aware of) that, my son. I know it. He too will become a people, and he too will become great. Nevertheless (a sharp emphasis and contrast between something that has been and something that is – Hebr. olam), his younger brother will be greater than he, and his seed (descendants) will become a multitude of peoples (nations)."
