First Kings 22:2

And it came to pass in the third year [after the peace, see 1 Kings 20:34] that Jehoshaphat, king of Judah [the 4th ruler of the Southern Kingdom], came down [from Jerusalem, which is high] to the king of Israel [in the north; Ahab was the 7th king of the Northern Kingdom].
