Second Kings 7:13

But one of his servants answered and said, "Take [select some men], I beg you, and let them take five of the horses that remain in the city. Even if they are killed, their fate will be no different from that of the rest of the people of Israel (Literally: 'See, they are like the whole congregation of Israel that remains in it; see, they are like the whole congregation of Israel that is consumed'). So let us send them and see."
