First Chronicles 17:9

I will prepare a place for my people Israel and plant them [Ex. 15:17; Ps. 44:2–3] so that they may dwell there without fear (being shaken) anymore. Evil people will no longer oppress them as before [in Egypt, the desert wanderings]
