Second Chronicles 33:18

The rest of the acts of Manasseh, and his prayer to his God (Elohim), and the words that the seers (Hebr. chozeh) spoke to him in the name of the Lord (Yahweh), the God of Israel (Elohim), are recorded in the chronicles of the kings of Israel. [This does not refer to the Books of Kings in the Bible, but to public records from which information was taken by the prophets and written down in the canonical books.]
