Nehemiah 13:3

When they had heard the teaching (Hebr. Torah), they separated all the mixed peoples (non-Jews) from Israel.
[No special holiday is specified, so this was probably the usual weekly reading of the Books of Moses. Over the course of a year, all five books of Moses are read, and now they had reached the end of the Fifth Book of Moses.]
