Exodus 28:42

And you shall make for them undergarments (Hebr. michnas; literally: “coverings/concealers”) of linen to cover the nakedness of their flesh (bodies); they shall extend from the hips (loins, waist) to the thighs (at the knees). [See also Ezek. 44:18.]
