Isaiah 41:1

Be silent (leave alone, be deaf, say nothing, hold your tongue) near (close to, with) me, you islands (coastal countries),
and let the peoples renew (grow, sprout, flourish like plants that gain new strength in spring) their strength (power).
Let them come near and then let them speak,
let us come together (draw near to one another) together to judge.
