Isaiah 48:1

Listen to this, O house of Jacob,
named after the name of Israel
and descended from the sources of Judah [from the tribe of Judah],
who swear by the name of the Lord (Yahweh)
and use the name of the God of Israel (Elohim),
but not in truth (in an honest way), and not in righteousness.
