Jeremiah 38:6

And they took Jeremiah and cast him into the cistern of Malchijah the king's son [here a longer form of the name Malikijah is used, see verse 1], which was in the court of the guard, and they let him down with ropes. But there was no water in the cistern, only mud, and Jeremiah sank into the mud.
