Ezekiel 20:40

For on my holy mountain, on the high mountain of Israel, declares (says, proclaims) the Lord God (Adonai Yahweh), there the whole house of Israel, they shall all serve me in the land. There I will show them mercy (conditional mercy – Hebr. ratsa) and there I will accept your offerings and the first of your gifts and all your holy things.
