Zephaniah 2:15

This is the happy city
that lives carefree and secure
and [she, Nineveh] says in her heart:
"It is I, I and no one else."
How has she become a ruin,
a resting place for wild animals?
All who pass by her hiss
and shake their fists (at her).
[Verses 4-17 have now given judgments to the surrounding nations to the west, east, south, and north.]
