Deuturonomy 15:11

There will never be a lack of poor (needy – Hebr. evion) in the land [Mark 14:7; John 12:2]. Therefore, I command you to willingly open your hand to your brother who is afflicted (Hebr. ani) and who is in need (evion) in your land.
