Tsilla also gave birth to Toval-Cain, who forged (hammered, ground, sharpened – Hebr. latash) all kinds of tools from bronze and iron.
[The phrase "father of" is missing here, which shows that he was one of several who worked with metals. He was a blacksmith and made agricultural tools, but also weapons.
