Proverbs 5:11

Then you will moan (groan, cry out in pain) when it all comes to an end,
when your body and your insides (bones, blood) perish.
[The expression describes how a life marked by excessive indulgence in sensual pleasures affects physical health. In Prov 6:32, it is described how it also destroys the soul.]
