Second letter to the Corinthians 4:2

We have renounced all secrecy and shameful practices; we do not use tricks [the same word is used for Satan's cunning in 2 Cor. 11:3], we do not falsify (distort) God's word. Instead, we openly present the truth and commend ourselves to God's conscience in every person. [Unlike false teachers with dishonest methods, see 2 Cor. 2:17; 3:1; 11:13–15.]
