Stay (live – Hebr. gor) [live there as a guest, not permanently – wander around] in this land. I will be with you and I will bless you, for to you and your seed (offspring, descendants) I will give this land. [Which happens several hundred years later.] I will confirm the oath that I swore to your father Abraham [Gen. 15:18–19],
