Genesis 38:5

Once again she gave birth to a son and named him Shelah [may allude to the fact that the son was requested in prayer]. He [Judah] was in Cheziv when she gave birth to him.
[Cheziv, from the verb kazav (to lie, to speak untruth), was a city in Judea, probably another name for Achzib/Chezeva, see Josh. 15:44; Mic. 1:14–15; 1 Chron. 4:22. The city is located 1 hour's walk north of Adullam, see verse 1. It is interesting that Judah is away in a city called "false" when his third son is born. The reader senses that family relations are not the best; the two eldest sons grow up and become evil in the eyes of the Lord, see verses 6, 10.]
