Genesis 47:11

Joseph settled his father and his brothers and gave them possessions in the land of Egypt, in the best part of the land, in the land of Rameses [which later became a city in the area also known as Goshen at the Nile delta, see Ex. 1:11; 12:37], as Pharaoh had commanded.
