First Kings 16:24

And he bought the hill of Samaria from Shemer (Hebr. shemer) for two talents of silver [a total of 70 kg], and he built on the hill and named the city he had built Samaria (Hebr. Shomron) after the owner of the hill, whose name was Shemer. [Both names are spelled with the same consonants smr in Hebrew Shin-Mem-Resh.]
