Second Kings 18:26

Then Eljakim, Hilkiah's (Hebr. Chilqijahos) son, and Shebna and Joah said to the [Assyrian] commander (Hebr. ravshake): "Please speak to your servants in Aramaic, for we understand it. Do not speak to us in Hebrew, within earshot of the people standing on the wall."
