Second Kings 3:9

So they set out—the king of Israel [Joram], the king of Judah [Jehoshaphat], and the king of Edom [a vassal king appointed by Joram, see 1 Kings 22:47]—and they made a detour that took seven days, until finally there was no water for the army or for the animals that followed them. [They had hoped to find water in Wadi el Ahsy on the border of Moab.]
