First Chronicles 9:1

All Israel was recorded in genealogical registers, and they are listed in the book of the kings of Israel. [Refers to official lists of names and families kept in archives. Used for taxation and military service.]
Judah was taken away into captivity to Babylon because of their unfaithfulness.
