Second Chronicles 28:5

Therefore, the Lord (Yahweh), his God (Elohim), delivered him into the hand of the king of Aram. They defeated him and took many of his people captive and brought them to Damascus. Ahaz was handed over to the king of Israel, who inflicted a great defeat on him.
