Second Chronicles 30:9

For if you return to the Lord (Yahweh), your brothers and your children will find mercy with those who hold them captive, so that they may return to this land. The Lord (Yahweh) your God (Elohim) is gracious and merciful, and he will not turn his face away from you when you return to him."
