He also wrote a letter to mock the Lord (Yahweh), the God of Israel (Elohim), saying about him: "Just as the gods worshipped by the peoples of other countries have not been able to save their peoples from my hand, so Hezekiah's God (Elohim) will not be able to save his people from my hand."
