Nehemiah 10:36

As it is written in the teaching (Hebr. Torah), we shall also bring to the house of God, to the priests who serve in the house of our God, the firstborn of our sons [Pidjon haben (the redemption), see Num. 18:15–16] and of our livestock, the firstborn of our cows and sheep [Ex. 13:13].
