Job 3:19

Low (small) and high (great) – they are equal there,
and the slave (servant – Hebr. eved) is free from his master (Hebr. adón).
[Job had previously been one of the great influential men in society, now he was nothing. In the face of death, all are equal and all will die one day, see Eccles. 7:2. Verses 11-19 end with a merism (small/great and slave/master).]
