Psalms 119:25

[The fourth Hebrew letter is: ד – Dalet. The numerical value is 4. The character depicts a door. The letter represents being able to make decisions and choose the right path. Five of the verses begin with the word path (Hebr. derech), which is often used figuratively for choosing a path.
In the previous paragraph, the word soul – Hebr. nefesh – was used for the first time in Psalm 119. Now the word reappears here in verse 25 and 28. In verse 20, the psalmist expressed that the soul was crushed, broken, and had fallen to the ground. The first word here in verse 25 is Hebr. dabaq, which means stuck. Dust and ashes are often associated with death (the body is buried in the ground and decays, see Ps. 22:15; 30:9; 104:29). The psalmist expresses how he is as good as dead, his soul is crushed and lies on the ground, he cannot rise by himself—his only hope is that the Lord will lift him up. Verses 25-28 form a chiasm framed by Hebr. nefesh and davar.]

My soul is held fast in (is glued to – Hebr. dabaq) the dust [this world, the human; is as good as dead],
hurry to me according to your word (Hebr. davar).
