Psalms 12:8

The wicked (ungodly, evil) walk (wander, roam, parade) on all sides [everywhere, like wild beasts ready to destroy],
when the vile (immoral, foolish) are exalted by men (children of men).
[This verse is difficult to translate. The word "vile" (Hebr. zullut) is only used here, but based on related languages, it can mean something like "morally foolish behavior." Isaiah writes how people will call evil good and good evil, see Isa. 5:20.]
