Psalms 148:14

He has raised up a horn for his people (given them power and success),
[a reason for] a song of praise for all your faithful (pious, loyal) followers,
for the children of Israel, the people who are close to him.
[The horn of a wild ox is a metaphor for military strength and victory, see Ps. 89:18, 25. There are also strong messianic undertones here, see Ps. 18:3; Luke 1:69. A total of 30 instances are mentioned that are to praise God, and here at the end, the finale is the Messiah, who was 30 years old when he began his ministry, see Luke 3:23; Num. 4:47. Jesus is the Messiah, the reason for our praise!]
Praise the Lord (praise Yah – Hebr. hallelu yah)!
