Psalms 60:7

Gilead belongs to me.
Manasseh belongs to me.
Ephraim is [figuratively] my helmet (my head's defense and protection, a secure fortress).
Judah is my scepter (royal scepter). [Jacob prophesied that Judah would have the royal scepter, see Gen. 49:10.]
