Psalms 68:11

The Lord (Adonai, focus on God's greatness and power) spoke his word.
A great mighty army of women spreads (proclaims) the good news:
[Probably referring to all the women who danced and sang praises to God under the leadership of Miriam after the victory over the army of Egypt, see Ex. 15:20.]
