Exodus 24:3

Moses came down [from the mountain he had ascended, see Ex. 20:21] and told the people all the words of the Lord (Yahweh) and all the commandments (binding legal decisions). The whole people answered with one voice and said, "All the words that the Lord has spoken we will do."
