Isaiah 17:13

The countries shall rush like many waters rush, but he shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far away and shall be chased like chaff in the wind, and like something rolling (whirling) in the storm. [The image painted here is of threshing grain with the help of the winds on a high hill, where the wind carries away the light chaff while the heavy grains fall back to the ground. Hebr. galgal is something that whirls, like dry leaves, thistles, etc.]
