Isaiah 31:8

Then Assyria [which you fear so much now] shall fall by the sword, not by the sword of a man,
and the sword, which is not of man, shall devour (destroy) him. [Isa. 37:37]
And he shall flee from the sword [God's sword]
and his young men shall be put to forced labor [taxed heavily, see Deut. 20:11; Josh. 9:21].
