Isaiah 42:5

Thus says the one God (El), the Lord (Yahweh),
he who created the heavens (universe) and stretched them out (expanded them) [2 Sam. 22:10; Isa. 40:22],
he who spread out the earth and everything that lives on it (everything that is born on earth),
he who gave life (breath of life) to mankind, and spirit to all who walk on it.
