I have told [foretold the future] and saved (delivered) you, and shown myself to you [that I was your God, you have heard and seen me].
Then there were no foreign gods among you.
You are my witnesses, declares (says, proclaims) the Lord (Yahweh). I am God (El, the mighty, the strong).
