Isaiah 52:5

And now, what is this, declares (says, proclaims) the Lord (Yahweh), since my people are taken away for nothing? Those who rule over them roar and shout, declares (says, proclaims) the Lord (Yahweh), and always, every day, my name is despised, blasphemed, and reviled.
[The Lord's name is all his covenant names, but in this context he presents himself as Goel – the redeemer of all people.]
