Jeremiah 14:22

Is there anyone among the vain [empty idols] of the nations who can bring rain?
Or can the heavens give showers?
Is it not you, Lord (Yahweh) our God (Elohim)? So we wait for (hope, bind ourselves to—Hebr. qavah) you
because you have done all these things.
