Jeremiah 22:10

Do not weep for the dead, do not mourn for him,
but weep loudly for him who is going away,
for he will not return,
nor see the land where he was born. [The dead refer to Jehoahaz, king of the Southern Kingdom, who died in 609 BC in a battle against Egypt. The one who is going away is Jochanan, who was sent into exile in Egypt by Pharaoh Necho.]
