Jeremiah 29:26

The Lord (Yahweh) has made you priest in place of Jehoiada the priest, so that there may be officials in the house of the Lord (Yahweh) over every madman who comes forward as a self-appointed prophet, so that you may put him in stocks and a neck iron.
