Jeremiah 48:2

The praise of Moab is no more.
In Heshbon [35 km east of Jericho] they have devised evil against her:
"Come, let us destroy them (cut them off) [the Moabites] as a people."
Even you, Madmen [a city in Moab; means mound; also similar to the word for be silent] shall be silenced (Hebr. damam), the sword shall pursue you.
