Jeremiah 48:44

He who flees from terror
shall fall into the abyss
and he who climbs out of the abyss
shall be caught in the snare,
for I will bring it upon her,
upon Moab your year of visitation (year of reckoning/visitation) [when injustice is judged], declares (says, proclaims) the Lord (Yahweh).
