Jeremiah 51:11

Make the arrows shiny,
fill the basket!
The Lord (Yahweh) has stirred up the spirit of the kings of the Medes,
because his decision is against Babylon to destroy it.
For it is the vengeance of the Lord (Yahweh),
the vengeance for his temple.
