and they shall make themselves completely bald [shave or pull out their hair] for you [this type of pagan ritual was forbidden among the Israelites, see Deut. 14:1]
and clothe themselves in sackcloth
and they shall weep over you in the bitterness of their souls,
a bitter lament.
