Ezekiel 28:14

You were the protective (guarding, covering), anointed (Hebr. mimshach) cherub
and I placed you
so that you spread yourself out over God's (Elohim's) holy mountain,
you walked among the stones of fire.
[Two types of angels are mentioned in the Bible. The seraphim who are close to the throne, see Isa. 6:2, and the cherubim who have four wings and guard God's glory, see Ezek. 1:5; Gen. 3:24. The concept of "holy mountains" was common in the ancient world. A mountain peak was often visualized as the dwelling place of the deity. The mountain peaks and the heavens were linked together. In Ugaritic literature, Baal's home was said to be Mount Tsefon (Num. 33:7). For the Israelites, the two most important holy mountains were Mount Sinai and the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.]
