Ezekiel 31:6

All the birds of the heavens
build their nests in its branches,
and all the animals of the field
lead their young under its branches,
and in its shade
all the great nations dwell.
[People in a kingdom are likened to birds and animals, see Ezek. 17:23; Dan. 4:12–21; Matt. 13:32.]
